Hi Parents,
Wow! Thank you to parents, teachers, staff and mostly the amazing kids for making my first term so successful and fun. I’ve really enjoyed working with Mrs McGee and the Change Makers on ways to make the canteen more sustainable. The new Eco Blocks (icy poles) have been a hit and so much better for the environment, look out summer!
The Butter Chicken special was very popular we will continue a limited Friday special every odd week.
Week 1, Term 3 will be Creamy Pesto Pasta.
Over the holidays I will be working on an online calendar of things the canteen will need done, so if you see something you can do please pop your name down.
The canteen can not run with out the help of all of you! We have enough parents that you would only need to give up a couple hours in the morning or the afternoon 1 day a year.
We are still on the hunt for a second hand paper shredder so we can recycle the brown paper bags from your lunch orders.
